Freedom beakons,
through trilling notes,
the mind finds release,
as spirit flies,
and body remains a prision.

Soft vioces,
caress soul,
light the way,
for feet to tread,
swiftly, lightly, running....

Seeking release,
more than mere body,
can give
seeking high hills,
built in spirit/mind.

As soul spirit flies,
mind works,
and body runs,
elements come together,
crux of eternal fire.

The body is poised,
the spirit is calm.
will and mind bend as one
reaching to grasp the freedom.....
It beakons, "Come".
