Cold settles down over warm domiciles
infinite infestinable particles moving as one
to surround me in arms loving and sweet.
As it comes down conciousness draws in
awareness expands.
I see from above, below, within, without.
Light pricks through dark womb, spirals,
the stars sing as cosmic winds move them,
I see them born, I see their path as they live,
swinging and dancing in dangerous array
so far from us, this conflict,
yet we live within it
unable to see it.
